Each camera is carefully disassembled, cleaned, serviced, and then meticulously painted and reassembled by our skilled technicians. While the camera is in perfect working condition, it is fundamentally a vintage item and may show minor signs of its previous life. This history is part of what makes each custom piece unique.
Once the carrier has marked the order as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for any claims.
If the order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will refund the order but not the shipping fee.
Standard & Fast Shipping: For orders within the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 15 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement.
For orders outside of the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 25 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement.
Economy Shipping: 30 business days after shipment for all destinations.
50 business days for orders outside the US, UK, or EU.
Production Time: Once your order is confirmed, we will begin handcrafting your items. This process typically takes 1-2 days, but may take longer during busy periods. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days, but may vary depending on your location.
Important Note on Customized Products: Customized products require additional production time.
