Standard & Fast Shipping: For orders within the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 15 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement.

For orders outside of the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 25 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement.


Economy Shipping: 30 business days after shipment for all destinations.

50 business days for orders outside the US, UK, or EU.

Production Time: Once your order is confirmed, we will begin handcrafting your items. This process typically takes 1-2 days, but may take longer during busy periods. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days, but may vary depending on your location.

Important Note on Customized Products: Customized products require additional production time. Therefore, the estimated delivery timeframes (such as the 6-10 business days mentioned under "Production Time") and the specific refund/replacement eligibility timelines based on non-delivery days (as outlined in the "Standard & Fast Shipping" and "Economy Shipping" sections) do not apply to orders containing customized items. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary based on the weight of your order and the destination. Generally, shipping is free for orders over $99.99. For orders under $99.99, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $9.99.
Customers can return part or all of their order to us within 30 days of delivery.

If the return is due to a quality issue with the product, we will issue a full refund for the returned product(s), including the original shipping fee.

If the return is for any reason other than a quality issue with the product, the product(s) must be returned in their original condition. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
