Standard & Fast Shipping: For orders within the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 15 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement.

For orders outside of the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 25 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement.


Economy Shipping: 30 business days after shipment for all destinations.

50 business days for orders outside the US, UK, or EU.

Production Time: Once your order is confirmed, we will begin handcrafting your items. This process typically takes 1-2 days, but may take longer during busy periods. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days, but may vary depending on your location.

Important Note on Customized Products: Customized products require additional production time. Therefore, the estimated delivery timeframes (such as the 6-10 business days mentioned under "Production Time") and the specific refund/replacement eligibility timelines based on non-delivery days (as outlined in the "Standard & Fast Shipping" and "Economy Shipping" sections) do not apply to orders containing customized items. Delivery times for custom orders will be longer, and specific estimates will be provided separately or during the order process where possible.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary based on the weight of your order and the destination. Generally, shipping is free for orders over $99.99. For orders under $99.99, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $9.99.
Customers can return part or all of their order to us within 30 days of delivery.

If the return is due to a quality issue with the product, we will issue a full refund for the returned product(s), including the original shipping fee.

If the return is for any reason other than a quality issue with the product, the product(s) must be returned in their original condition. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

Please note: Customized or personalized items, such as customized cameras, are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
