The camera is then professionally restored, cleaned, and meticulously customized with our unique "White Birch" finish. Each camera is a one-of-a-kind piece that has been thoroughly tested to ensure it performs as beautifully as it looks. You are not just buying a camera; you are investing in a piece of photographic history, elevated with a fresh, artistic identity.
Once the carrier has marked the order as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for any claims.
If the order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will refund the order but not the shipping fee.
Standard & Fast Shipping: For orders within the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 15 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement.
For orders outside of the US, UK, or EU: If you haven't received your order within 25 business days of us shipping it, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement.
Economy Shipping: 30 business days after shipment for all destinations.
50 business days for orders outside the US, UK, or EU.
Production Time: Once your order is confirmed, we will begin handcrafting your items. This process typically takes 1-2 days, but may take longer during busy periods. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days, but may vary depending on your location.
Important Note on Customized Products: Customized products require additional production time. Therefore, the estimated delivery timeframes (such as the 6-10 business days mentioned under "Production Time") and the specific refund/replacement eligibility timelines based on non-delivery days (as outlined in the "Standard & Fast Shipping" and "Economy Shipping" sections) do not apply to orders containing customized items.
