Purchase Notice for Customized Cameras Base Camera: Customized cameras are by default based on refurbished second-hand cameras. Our prices are set accordingly. If you prefer to use a brand-new camera for customization, please contact us for further discussion and arrangements. Camera Condition and Cancellation Policy: We select second-hand cameras in excellent condition for customization. The repainting process also serves as an exterior refurbishment, which can minimize fine lines and minor imperfections. However, please understand that the camera may not be as pristine as a brand-new unit. Upon placing your order, we immediately commence the customization process. Should you decide to cancel your order thereafter, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order amount will be applied. Warranty: Please be aware that customizing your camera requires disassembly and modification. Consequently, the official manufacturer's warranty will be voided. Your understanding regarding this matter is appreciated. Pre-shipment Testing and Confirmation: Before dispatching your customized camera, we conduct rigorous testing to ensure full functionality. We will also send you a video confirmation to demonstrate that your camera is in perfect working order prior to shipment.
